Refund policy

Items purchased during sales are “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. “Final sale” means there are no returns or exchanges. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased as “final sale.” If an order includes both a sale item and a full-price item, the full-price item remains eligible for a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, DAYS OF WAR does not offer free returns, so the customer is responsible for the cost of returning items, including shipping and any other related expenses.

For full-price items, returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the item. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be processed via your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. If you’re eligible, we may be able to issue your refund as DAYS OF WAR store credit if you prefer.
